Power-Packed Energy Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour

1 cup almond meal flour

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup natural peanut butter

½ cup honey

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp flaxseed powder

2 tbsp hemp seed powder

1 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)

½ cup chopped pecan nuts

¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together oat flour, almond meal, rolled oats, flaxseed powder, hemp seed powder, chopped pecans, and sea salt.

Warm wet ingredients: In a small saucepan over low heat (or microwave in short intervals), gently melt together the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil until smooth.
